Day 1- Meeting Aaron

Friday, January 4th was my first time meeting Aaron.  Leann and I went together and to say that I was scared would be an understatement.
One of the first things Aaron did was weigh me- you have no idea how hard it was to see 250 lbs. on that scale.  I'm 25... that shouldn't be happening.
After talking with Aaron for a while and being able to open up a little to him I was able to realize his motivation here is to help people.  He is sincere in his desire to make others feel better about themselves and get healthy. 
The first workout with Aaron was doing some box steps- we did 200 of them.. Leann and I both.
Then he got out a smaller box and told us we were doing BOX JUMPS! OMG I wanted to crawl under my box.  That's the exercise I've seen on tv that makes me cry just watching others do it.  Saying I was intimidated by the box is not even close.  It's just a wooden box and looking back- what was I so scared of?  And I DID IT! 50 of them!  Amazing feel that night!

Aaron also gave me an eating plan tonight-
Breakfast- 3 eggs (no butter, oil, etc.)
                  1 c. mixed fruit
Snack- 2 apples
Lunch- grilled chicken salad w/ spinach and any veggies w/ vinegarette dressing
Snack- handful of unsalted almonds
Dinner- grilled chicken, salmon or tilapia or turkey burger patty w/ 2 steamed veggies
Snack- 1 can of tuna (2 if hungry)

I've now learned I can also have milk (skim of course) and grilled veggies too!
